When it comes to keeping things running smoothly at Minnesota Construction Law Services, Bailey Shaw is the person making sure all the moving pieces come together. As Operations Manager, Bailey oversees the firm’s financial health, marketing efforts, and HR operations—all while helping shape the long-term strategy and growth of MNCLS.
A Minnesota native with a deep appreciation for small businesses and hardworking people, Bailey understands firsthand the dedication it takes to build something meaningful. Over the years, her role at MNCLS has evolved from handling day-to-day administrative tasks to helping lead the firm behind the scenes. As Bailey likes to put it, she’s gone from “gathering the art supplies to painting the mural.”
While Bailey loves digging into spreadsheets, analyzing trends, and finding ways to help the business grow, the people side of the firm matters just as much to her. She’s passionate about creating a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and genuinely happy to come to work each day. Her leadership style blends strategy, compassion, and a healthy dose of practicality.
Outside the office, Bailey is proudly a homebody—so long as home includes her husband and their four dogs. Whether they’re loading up the dogs for a hiking trip, camping with friends, or exploring somewhere new together, Bailey is happiest when the whole crew is along for the adventure.
When she’s not working, there’s a good chance Bailey is hosting a dinner party complete with homemade food, board games, and enough leftovers to feed everyone for the next two days. She also has a habit of enthusiastically adopting new crafting hobbies, with crocheting currently taking center stage. Add in an ever-growing collection of LEGO botanical sets, and it’s safe to say Bailey always has a project in the works.
