Jeffrey Willett

Jeff graduated from Brown College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in 1991. In 2010, he graduated summa cum laude at Liberty University, with a Bachelors of science degree. Then, in 2014, he graduated from the Hamline University College of Law, and passed his Minnesota Bar the same year.

Being a former contractor has given Jeff a strong understanding of the contractor mindset. His first job was working for a construction company, and his family have been Minnesota contractors for over 80 years. His experience and industry knowledge means that he’s not only an expert at construction law and dispute resolution, but also at understanding the nuances between residential and commercial construction. This practical, hands-on connection to the construction world combined with his desire to produce quality work for the greater good of the whole, equips him with the tools to provide the best solutions possible for his clients.

Although commercial is his forte, especially when helping smaller commercial contractors understand the industry, he’s also well-versed in process and procedural changes between residential and commercial. Jeff understands that construction is a competitive and unforgiving industry with no guarantees. His passion comes from fueling the entrepreneurial spirit of the contractors he works with by helping them build wealth while reducing risk.

Jeff and his wife, Delilah, have two daughters – Jade and Jasmine. When not working, Jeff used to be found on the golf course. Nowadays, he’s more likely to be found fly fishing or exercising with his family. They are avid outdoor enthusiasts, and frequently camp and hike in their free time.
