Nate Brennan joined Minnesota Construction Law Services with over 15 years of experience helping business clients navigate litigation, manage risk and solve complex problems. Nate’s approach to practicing law has been shaped by his entrepreneurial efforts as a co-founder of two ventures—one that taught him valuable lessons in failure and another that found success.
Nate grew up in a contractor’s family and worked in the residential construction industry for the first 10 years of his adult life before deciding to enroll in law school and pursue a legal career. Nate holds a Minnesota general contractor’s license and is keenly interested and invested in the success of the building sector here in Midwest and nationwide. His hands-on experience in the building trade gives him a firsthand understanding of the challenges contractors face, making him a strong advocate for MNCLS clients.
Outside of the office, Nate enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and kids, running (slowly), and anything involving woodworking or building.
